At Studio 27, we aim to get your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. We currently ship using PUDO (Powered by The Courier Guy) for reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

📍 Shipping Method

We ship via PUDO Locker-to-Locker and Locker-to-Door services.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Major cities: 2–4 business days
Outlying areas: 3–6 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and PUDO operations.

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected PUDO option.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website.

🔔 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your parcel through the PUDO system.

📮 PUDO Locker Collection (if selected)

You will receive a PIN code when your parcel arrives at your chosen locker.
Parcels must be collected within the time provided by PUDO (usually 36–48 hours).
Uncollected parcels may be returned and could incur a re-delivery fee.
